TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
All payments should be made by bank transfer and the proof of payment to be made by fax or e-mail to us.

PAYMENT PENALITIES
Lily Pinelands B&B reserves the right to charge a 10% penalty for any overdue after 30 days following issue of invoice.

BOOKINGS
All bookings should be made by e-mail on the following address: info@lilybedandbreakfast.com
Bookings should be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to arrival date in order to ensure assistance upon arrival.
A deposit of 50% will be claimed upon any confirmed booking.
Full payment must be done before clients are checked in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A written cancellation should be made to our reservation department.
Lily B&B reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:
Individuals:
50% cancellation fees less than 3 days prior to arrival date.
Groups:
31 to 60 days prior arrival: 60% on total invoice
8 to 30 days prior arrival: 80% on total invoice
Less than 8 days: 100% on total invoice
